Long ago, a young wolfess named Pandora was an outcast. She was not pretty, and actually, she was closer to ugly. She had muddy eyes and a rough coat as grey as stormclouds. After she was taken in with her strong brother Aquila, she was ostracized even more. She took to wandering the hills, and her paths can still be followed today.
One day, she met up with the old wolf, of whom many stories are told. His son was fading into the other world fast, and he promised Pandora any gift from his beauty, so long as she promised to take his pedant and never open it. The one thing the prismatic Prince could not change about her was her coat. Pandora fell in love with him, but carried his life on in his beauty, which he readily gave her, in exchange for her ugliness. She also took a small metal box on a chain. She was beautiful, slim and elegant with a sparkling thunderhead coat and rainbow eyes. With her newfound power, she returned to her pack, under the guise of a wolfess named Rapture. Her own brother fell in love with her intense beauty, and then she revealed herself to him. together, brother and sister opened the box, and a great wind blew across the land, cursing wolves as it went. She sacrificed herself in the hills where she had found both the prince and the box. The old wolf waited for her as the sickness began to spread to the wolves, a plague so deadly it could kill them in minutes. She sacrificed herself, and the wind accepted the offering. In her death lay a gift o all wolves - she gave them powers, strange and wonderful powers. Now all the wolves posses them, and they are settling down, choosing territories and making families.
But all is not well on the other side. The spirit of Pandora visits, from the other side, but something is amiss. The Council of Five can't figure it out, but can you?

Nearly sixteen billion years ago, a massive war betwen the two penultimate races, the Creation and the Void, nearly annihilated all of existence. The entire planet had been consumed by war, and many races and species were completely wiped out. In the final hours of the war, a hero sent by the gods known only as Azarael appeared with a small group of powerful warriors appeared and, at the cost of their lives, set forth and brought peace to Mondane, banishing the Creation and the Vod forever into the depths of the unknown. The hero Azarael knew that this peace could not last and with his last breath declared that one day he would be reborn, and when that days comes, true peace will come to the planet. Thus being said, he sent forward into the timestream of the future five seals that would protect both forever against the return of the Creation and the Void, and that would symbolize his return unto the world.

Since the death of the hero Azarael, Moondane has always had wars and skirmishes going on all over the planet; only five years ago, the greatest threat to the magical world of Moondane to ever occur has appeared. Human demon slayers, from another dimension of existence, have invaded into this one, and have spread out all over the planet, seeking to annihilate all of demonkind in the word, to, as they say, "prevent the spread of further wars by killing off the source of hatred". They believe that by killing off the demons, the constant wars will stop, and peace will come to the world. The demons and other creatures nonhuman were hit hard and fast, and thus their numbers were heavily decimated. The invaders have brought with them new, never-before-seen technologies and methods, some of them even with magical abilities themselves, to the art of demon slaying, and even some power-hungry demons are killing off their own kind. The demons, warlike by nature, have not been able to organize themselves well enough to stop fighting long enough to mount a resistance; it truly looks as if the end is nigh.
Over the past couple of weeks, odd things have started occurring, things that will draw heavy attention even in a world of magic and demons. The scholars are running frightened; the faithful believe that the hero Azarael is finally returning to the world, to annihilate the invaders and to restore peace to the planet of Moondane. Thus, the attention of the entire world has now turned to the most magical place on earth, Passou Island, where the Hero Azarael was said to have first appeared, and to have died, both in anticipation and fear.
Among the humans and demons, everybody is being forced to make a choice on where they desire to stand. Some seek to help alog the annihilation of demons, in hopes of eliminating the warlike nature that seems to be behind the start of every war. Others aim to try and find the hero Azarael, supporting him in a way that will help both humans and demons find peace. There are several traveling around the world as healers, to bring a light to as many lives as they can in these dark times. More choose to merely go their own way, watching the world burn as they seek power. Only a few care nothing for the current events of the world, still trying to avoid the war consuming the planet. What will you do?
Shadows of The Past and Future is a site based more on the personal stories of the member charries than it is the cannons. The cannons, the shadows of the past who have lived throughout history, are the Shadows of the Past; they hold the secrets of the world; of murky secrets that have been left untold for centuries; those that have lived for centuries, hiding in secret among the normal people of the world. A New World
The world of Vyn (Vine) has all but crumbled. There are enough resources to last the planet 6 years before it become uninhabitable. Destruction looming near has called for scientists to find a way to save the planet. Their solution: Leave it.
Over the next four years the most massive project the world had ever seen began. Two massive vessels, each containing an entire city, were designed and built. These giant transporters were the planets last hope. As such was the case, the vessels were named Destiny and Fate.
The ships were boarded and launched with mere months to spare. Each set out in opposite directions with the same goal: Find a new Home.
Fate having to go in the direction of the Avunan (Ah-voo-nahn) Empire had 85 percent of the planets soldiers, scientists, engineers, and other specialists on board. They also carried with them the best 225 Hunters of the planet. All told, Fate carried 6 billion passengers.
Destiny, left with a much smaller force and a much larger amount of citizens, went in the direction farthest from the Avunan. With only the remaining 25 Hunters and 375 million soldiers, Destiny could not defend herself. All told, Destiny carried 9 billion passengers.
Three years went by when Fate happened upon a planet that was on no map and in no records. Curious, Fate sent unmanned probes to the surface.
Fate was astonished by what they had found. The world was young and perfect for life. There were even animals already there along with vast areas of vegetation.
After many manned visits to the surface, Fate decided to land. Landing in a huge plain in between a forest and a mountain range, they started to work on safely and as least destructively as possible, preparing the planet for themselves. At once a signal was sent out and Destiny was notified.
Much rejoicing occurred and Destiny turned around. The planet was named Tazu (Tah-zoo) which meant: A New Chance. Two years into Destiny’s seven year journey, the unexpected happened.
Fate’s signal ceased and no contact could be made with the other ship. A strange signal came through for a brief few seconds, then it too stopped. This led Destiny to believe that something had befallen it’s sister.
Another year had gone and Fate still had not been heard from. What had happened on Tazu? Were the passengers still alive? Would the same thing happen to Destiny when she arrived?
All these questions were asked, but none could be answered without going to Tazu. Three and a half years later Destiny approached Tazu.
With the 25 Hunters now alerted, Destiny makes first sight of Tazu. Nothing seems unusual, but there are no signs of Fate’s passengers.
Only the Hunters are allowed on the surface and have been ordered to go find answers. With many young soldiers training to become hunters, will the answers ever be found.
Why does nothing appear to have happened on the planet? Why are all of the people gone yet Fate and all the construction remains? What should Destiny do next?
All answers must be found and now it is up to you, the passengers of Destiny, to find them.
The Avunan
The current ruler of the Avunan Empire, Emperor Geldar, has seen his massive army conquer many a planet, yet still he wants more. Conquering and expanding has never been enough for him.
One day a stranger caught him alone and told him of a way to increase his power so much that the whole universe would kneel before him. He made this man his advisor and immediately started to work on his plan.
Over the next three years he had conquered 5 new planets and yet still could not find what he was looking for. He continued to search and is finally near what he is after.
Now the choice is up to you: Will you help Emperor Geldar… Or will you oppose him?
They Must Not Rise
An untold time ago four great Deities ruled the universe.
Léati the goddess of Love and peace.
Tyro the god of Strength and Virtue.
Naum the god of Knowledge and Wisdom
Sia the goddess of trust and loyalty
Together they kept balance within the Universe.
The Universe large and the four desired help. Together they created and angelic race to help them watch the Universe. Balance being maintained, the Deities began to relax. It wouldn’t last.
An unknown god rose and slowly began to corrupt the universe. So slow was his actions, that they were not noticed at first. Then all at once, the evil god stepped up his progress. The Angels and Deities noticed at this point, but little could be done.
They tried to seal him many times, but he would always return. Eventually the angels figured out the only solution: All the Deities had to be set to slumber.
During the next battle the Angels put their plan to action. All five were sealed and scattered throughout the universe, the locations hidden. Many years later the races of the universe passed on the story as a fairy tale and eventually the true events were forgotten.
Now a few beings have come to believe the stories and have begun their search for power.
Will you be an Angel and stop them? Will you help find the Deities as a being of the Universe? Will you even care?
The choice is yours.

"What did you expect? Really? Did you think that just because I like you that they would accept you? Face it, those two don't like anyone, never did. They don't like their territory invaded upon." he said softly. He squeezed her hand slightly as they began to move into the woods. "And, since they don't like you, I'm not even going to ask you to be nice to them. I suppose they don't deserve it." he said quietly. He himself, always tried to be nice to them because he thought that everyone deserved some form of kindness.

"A walk in the woods sounds lovely, and lets walk it as humans." she said softly, connecting their hands. Stepping foreward, she pulled him with her and saw someone staring out the window. Well. Two people. His parents. They had a disgusted look on their faces and they were glaring menacingly at her. "Well... At least I don't have to worry about impressing your parents, they already don't like me. At all." she said, giggling.

Koraris smiled and held her tightly against him. "Sounds good to me. A walk would be just fine." he said softly, still holding her. 'My eyes.' Looking down at her he saw the green shining back at him. They were turning back to their original colors. She was changing back to how she was before Okami. Maybe he was doing something right. "Yeah. Let's go. Where do you want to go? Just in the woods?" he asked with a smile. He couldn't get enough of her, and he didn't care what she looked like. He was in love with her, not her looks.

Kikio smiled and wrapped her arms around his slim waist, burying her face into his chest. "You smell good." she murmured. "I think me and you should just take a walk." she said, pulling back to look at him. Blinking her eyes, she turned and something caught her eye in the reflection of the metal pole on the steps. Green. Grabbing her cell phone, she looked at her image in the mirror back. Her eyes were a faded green, the pupil starting to blacken. "My eyes." she said, touching her cheek right below her eye lid. "Hm." she murmured. Putting her cell phone back in her pocket, she turned to him and took his hands in hers. "Ready?"
